Sick of horrible customer service!?
It seems like I get bad customer service everywhere I go lately. I was at Wal Mart the other day and there were dozens of workers walking around, stocking things and such..and they'd be looking me up and down, smacking their gum etc. I even saw a group
Yes! But I try to take action. If it's a local store, I'll try to contact the manager. If that doesn't seem to work, I won't go back. I don't care if it's convenient--I won't go back.
If they are a chain, I'll look up their website
