Best way is to turn it over to your insurance company. They have a legal obligation to defend you when you become the defendant. Tell the other ins co that you had coverage and to contact your insurance company. Then hang up. That is what you paid the

This is the EMC insurance building in downtown Des Moines. The effect is more spectacular at night, but you have to admit, it does kind of have a bottle appearance to it.
I just like this building! It's curved on one side and on the other side it looks like there is an Absolut Vodka bottle on it. I'm still trying to capture a good image of that!
