Will bad credit disqualify my friend for Top Secret Clearance?

A friend my mine just signed her contract for USMC OCS. However she hasnt completed her security clearance form yet. She had a couple of credit cards charged off for non payment. All of the debt has been settled.Will she get top seceret clearance if eveything

Not necessarily. Financial situation alone does not prevent one from getting a TS clearance...even charge offs and a sub 500 FICO score. They are looking for your integrity and understand bad things can happen to good people. So as long as she is honest
