In what website can I find listings of owner financed homes in Houston tx?
I want a home that is 100% owner financed
with out having to go through the application and credit check process
Or does anyone here have a home in houston that is willing to sell it under these conditions?
Check realtor.com or craigslist.org. You would be better off to retain a realtor that represents buyers. It won't cost you anything, because the seller pays the commission. There are many pitfalls trying to buyer a home without professional help.
