How can bank in Canada cancel the non-resident acount if it is not active and it has positive balance.?
I had account in bank in Canada. The last statement that i got was in 2005.When I wanted to transfer the founds in the bank said that they have closed my account and that money has been transfered to Central Bank of Canada. Is this normal? How can i find
