Debt collection?

Is it against the Federal Debt Collection Act for a debt collector to call 7 times a day? Even if its on a dialer phone?
I need help in this matter because It's getting annoying. I feel like I'm be harrassed.
Please be serious in this matter.

Yes it is in violation of the FDCPA. Calling 7 times a day can be considered harassment. I'm in the Debt Collection business and 7 times a day is a little bit to much. Generally collectors cannot call before 9am and After 9pm, unless arrangements were
